Funeral services for Hellen Watts Huffman, 88, of Natchez, were held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at Laird Funeral Home in Natchez.

Interment was in Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Natchez.

Visitation was held from 11 a.m., until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

She was born to Perlie Watts and Evie Smith Watts in the Lucien community on Oct. 29, 1934, and passed away Saturday, Feb. 25, 2023, in Flowood.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Denton Charles Huffman; and her 11 brothers and sisters.

Survivors include her son, Karry Huffman and his wife, Sherrie, of Vidalia, La.; her daughters, Nelda Huffman Boyd and her husband, Brent, of Ferriday, La., and Angie Huffman Calvitt and her husband, Kenny, of Natchez; her sister, Mary Alice Huffman Strong of Hazelhurst; her grandsons, Chris and Jamie Huffman, Jordie Huffman, Kevin Miller, Toby Miller and Kent Calvitt; her granddaughters, Casey Crouch and Danielle Martin; and her 18 great-grandchildren.
