Bobby Leon Beach

It was with great sadness that the family of Bobby Leon Beach announced his passing on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2022, at the age of 81.

He was born Nov. 25, 1941, in Roxie. 

Bobby will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 61 years, Lattimore Beach; his son, Bobby Beach; his daughters, Diane Beter, Bonnie Dooley, Tracy Kent, Dannita Beach, Glenda Hughes, Sandy Romero, Robin Combs, Dawn Beach and Bridget Murray; his brothers, Billy Beach and Donald Beach; his sisters, Margie Rogers and Helen Spence; his 24 grandchildren; his 30 great-grandchildren; and a multitude of relatives and friends.   

Preceding him in death were his parents, Spurgeon and Myrtle Beach; his brothers, Lamar Beach, Roy Beach, Wayne Beach and Gary Beach; his sister, Gladys Taylor; his grandson, Joshua Dooley; and his granddaughters, Raven Murray and Devan Dufour. 

Bobby truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures — hunting, gardening and spending time with family and friends. His kindness was known to all and he was a blessing to all who knew him.

Visitation was held from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022, at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville.

Funeral services took place at 1 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2, 2022, from Franklin Funeral Home.
