KAITLIN RACHEL PRATHER

A memorial gathering for Kaitlin Rachel Prather, 35, of Bogue Chitto, was held at 3 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021, at Faith Church.

Interment followed at Harris Rawls Cemetery.

Visitation was held from 1 to 3 p.m., at the church.

She was born July 24, 1986, and passed away on Friday, Oct. 15, 2021, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven.

Mrs. Prather was a stay-at-home mom, and her parents, husband and sons were her world.

Preceding her in death were her maternal grandparents, James and Dorothy Ezell; her paternal grandparents, Jessie and Georgia Rippy; and her cousin, Justin Rippy.

Those cherishing her memory include her parents, Ricky Rippy (Sue) and Karen Sullivan (Rex); her husband Billy Joe “Peanut” Prather; her sons, Karter Kash Prather and John Taylor Prather; her sisters, Jennifer Bryant and husband, Charles, Kylie Rippy and Lauren Williams; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She will be missed by all that loved and knew her.
