Funeral services for Charles Ray “Sonny” Sullivan, 86, of Natchez, were held at 2 p.m., Friday, Nov. 19, 2021, at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville with the Rev. Mike Carraway officiating.

Interment followed in the Natchez City Cemetery.

Visitation was held from 1 p.m., until the time of service on Friday, Nov. 19 at Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville.

Mr. Sullivan, who was retired as a lab chemist with International Paper Co., in Natchez, was born to Marvin Lester Sullivan and Emma Mae Tyner Sullivan in Aliceville, Ala., on Sept. 15, 1935, and passed from this life on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021, at his residence.

The family suggests memorials be made in Mr. Sullivan’s name to: Springhill Baptist Church, 430 Freewoods Road SW, Roxie MS, 39661.
