Wilfred W. Geisenberger

Family graveside funeral services for Wilfred W. Geisenberger, 84, were held recently in the Natchez City Cemetery with his beloved grandson, River Venderlinden, officiating.

Mr. Geisenberger, who served in the United States Navy aboard the U.S.S. Casa Grande during the 1962 blockage of Cuba and was an attorney for more than 40 years, was born to Dr. and Mrs. Fred Geisenberger on Nov. 6, 1937, in Natchez, and passed away on Friday, Sept. 9, 2022, at Meadville Convalescent Home.

He was married to Norma Hammett Geisenberger.

Survivors included two step-daughters, Carol Lee Mathias and Connie Bradshaw; five step-grandchildren, Jennifer Williams, Kindel Atkins, Hunter Mathias, Cori Nicole Bradshaw and Keegan Bradshaw; and eight great-grandchildren.
