TO: The Heirs at Law of Jerome Edwin Ducote
You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Donna 
Naron Cooper, Jay D. Ducote, Dana R. Ducote and Eric J. Ducote, seeking 
the adjudication of the heirship of Jerome Edwin Ducote, Deceased.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition To Adjudicate 
Heirs At Law of Jerome Edwin Ducote, filed against you in this action, 
at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on the 3rd day of November, 2026, in the 
courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse in Meadville, Mississippi, 
and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a Judgment will be 
entered against you for the money and other things demanded in the 
Petition To Adjudicate Heirs At Law of Jerome Edwin Ducote.
You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written answer 
either admitting or denying each allegation or complaint to Charles E. 
Griffin, II, P. O. Box 1817, 5681 Commerce Street, Suite A, St. 
Francisville, Louisiana 70775, within the legal delay set forth in this 
notice.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleadings, but you may 
do so if you desire, within thirty (30) days after notice of the first 
publication.

The ancillary proceedings of the decedent from the probate of the 
decedent's estate in the State of Louisiana has been recognized by 
this Court on the 7th day of August, 2026, and all persons having claims 
against said Estate are hereby notified to have the same probated, 
registered and allowed by the Clerk of said Court within ninety (90) 
days from the date of the first publication hereof or the same will be 
forever barred.

NOTICE FOR ABANDONMENT OF PUBLIC STREETS AND ALLEYS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Franklin County, 
Mississippi, will hold a public hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 
September 21st, 2026, in the Supervisor's Board Room at the Franklin 
County, Mississippi Courthouse in the Town of Meadville, Franklin 
County, Mississippi, on the question of the abandonment of a section of 
certain streets and alleys which is a part of the county road system 
being described as follows:
IN THE VILLAGE OF McCALL CREEK
All that part and portion of Mill Street in the Village of McCall Creek, 
Mississippi lying and being situated wholly between the centerline of 
Porter Street and (running southerly to) the Northerly line of the 
Natchez Railway, LLC right of way, and all that part and portion of 
Magee Street in the Village of McCall Creek, Mississippi lying and being 
situated wholly between Lot 7 of Block 9 and Lot 12 of Block 24 of the 
Village of McCall Creek, Mississippi, and any and all alleys lying and 
being situated in Blocks 9 and 24 of the Village of McCall Creek, 
Mississippi, according to the Map of McCall Creek, Mississippi recorded 
in Plat Book 1, Page 30 of the land records of Franklin County, 
Mississippi, reference to which is hereby made for all purposes.

WHEREAS, CHARLES JOSEPH STEWART and STEPHANIE STEWART executed a Deed of 
Trust on December 10, 2024, to Wayne Dowdy, Trustee for the use and 
benefit of Mary Ann Castello, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the 
Office of the Chancery Clerk of Franklin County, Mississippi, in 
Instrument No. 77628, Bk DOT 2024 Pg 7225, which Deed of Trust secured 
the payment of an indebtedness therein described; and
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of August, 2026, Mary Ann Castello did nominate 
and appoint SHARON L. RIMES as substituted trustee to act in the place
