Funeral services for Marcus Lee Cothren, 78, of Roxie, will be at 11 
a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2026 from the Chapel of Franklin Funeral Home, 
with Dr. Matt Buckles officiating. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on 
Thursday, July 16, 2026 from the Chapel of Franklin Funeral Home, 
continuing from 10 a.m. until time of service on Friday, July 17, 2026.
Following the funeral service, interment will take place at Greenlawn 
Memorial Park in Natchez.
Born on Aug. 22, 1947 in Natchez to Howard Paul and Lillian Cavin 
Cothren, he enjoyed music and motorcycles. He loves spending time with 
his family. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
He died on Saturday, July 11, 2026 at United Mississippi Medical Center 
in Jackson.
He is survived by his daughter, Leanne Cothren; his son and 
daughter-in-law, Paul and Sheila Cothren; his brother and sister-in-law, 
David and Patricia Cothren; his sister, Paulette Wingard; his 
grandchildren and their respective spouses, Christopher and Izzie 
Cantrell, Jack Renfro, Braelyn O'Dell and Adelin O'Dell; his 
great-grandchildren, Oaklynn Cantrell and Dean Cantrell; a very dear and 
close friend in Susan Bowen; and a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Juanita Buckles 
Cothren.
Pallbearers will be Carey Buckles, Jack Renfroe, Christopher Cantrell, 
Michael Wingard, Cavin Greer and Bill Wilkerson. Honorary pallbearers 
will be Mason Clanton and Joey Hazlip.

FRANCES DIANE LEHMANN

Funeral services for Frances Diane Lehmann, 72, will be at 11 a.m. on 
Saturday, July 18, 2026 from Greendale Methodist Church in Oldeburg, 
with Rev. Tyson Windom officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 
time of service at the church.
Born on May 12, 1952 to Mr. Orbin Lee Oliver, Sr., and Mrs. Hazel 
Frances, she enjoyed crafts and enjoying spending time with her 
grandchildren. She loved to spend time with family and getting them 
together in one place. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and 
friend.
She died on Saturday, July 11, 2026.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Caleb Lee and Kara 
Lehmann and Patrick Wayne and Isabella Lehmann; her daughter, Dianna 
Carol Lehmann; her grandchildren, Emmersyn Rae Lehmann, Tucker Nations, 
Jameson Pannell, Hazel Lynn Oliver and Clayton Oliver; and a host of 
family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Gary 
Lehmann; her son, Christopher Ray Lehmann; her daughter, Lisa Ann 
Timmons; and her brothers, Butch Oliver and Tommy Oliver.
Pallbearers will be Dillon Holmes, Harvey Farrell, Paul Dunson, Nathan 
Oliver, Carey Buckles, Bryden Herring, Justin Emfinger and Jimmy Wilson.
The family requests memorials be made in her name to the American Cancer 
Society.

Funeral services for Leroy "Bo" Stampley, Jr., 67, of Roxie, will be 
at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026 from East Roxie Church of Christ, 
with Pastor Isaac Tenner officiating. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. 
on Friday, July 17, 2026 from The Lighthouse Center in Meadville, then 
from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Saturday, July 18, 2206 at East 
Roxie Church of Christ.
Following the funeral service, interment will take place at Meadville 
Cemetery.
Born on April 22, 1959 in Natchez, he was the son of Leroy Stampley, 
Sr., and Marie White Stampley.
He died on Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
He is survived by his wife, Beatrice Stampley; three children and their 
respective spouses, LaToya Stampley of Nashville, Tenn., Julius and 
Shanette White of New Orleans, La., and Victoria and Arthur Jackson of 
Roxie; his grandchildren, Britni Reese of Houston, Texas, Julius Reese 
of Houston, Vontavious Green of Roxie, Jayla White of Houston, Alexis 
Jackson of Roxie and Jayden Stampley of Nashville; his 
great-grandchildren, Cali Gregg of Houston, Leah Gregg of Houston, Novah 
Madison of Roxie and Tristan Butler of Roxie; his sisters, Gwenevere L. 
Stampley of Natchez and Jacqueline S. Newell of Fayette; his brothers 
and sister-in-law, Herman G. and Debra Stampley of Fayette and Michael 
Jefferson of Hattiesburg; his stepfather, Clem Moore; his aunts, Willie 
M. Stampley of Fayette, Jessie and Henry Smith of Natchez and Vivian 
Wade of Milwaukee, Wisc.; his uncles, Freddie Carter, Roosevelt Carter 
and Allen Carter, all of Fayette; his godson, Larry Coleman; and a host 
of family and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Bridgette Stampley; his 
parents; his paternal grandparents, George and Eva Stampley-Carter; his 
maternal grandparents, Herman and Ceola White; his step-grandfather, 
Leon Carter, Sr.; four aunts, Ora Stampley, Irene Norton, Diane Bailey 
and Doris Carr; and three uncles, James White, Claude Carter and Leon 
Carter, Jr.

Funeral services for Nadine Maxwell, 88, were conducted on Wednesday, 
July 8, 2026 from the Chapel of Franklin Funeral home, with Rev. Tony 
Mullins officiating.
Born on Aug. 31, 1937 in Natchez, she died on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 
Franklin County Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Maxwell; her son, Ricky Long; her 
daughter, Debra "Debbie" Lynette Priest; her stepdaughter, Laurie 
White; her stepsons, James Ray Maxwell and Richard Maxwell; nine 
grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and a host of family and 
friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, L.N. and Rena Temple Hedrick; 
her husband, L.P. Long; and her sons, James Terrell "Terry" Long and 
Ledferd Keith Long.
Pallbearers were Trent Priest, Travis Priest, Rivers Priest, Brantley
