Heirship by Plaintiffs seeking a Determination of Heirship of Fred D. 
Veals, deceased. 
You are summoned to appear and defend against said complaint filed 
against you in this action at 10:30 A.M. on the 30th day of June, 2026, 
in the courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse at Meadville, 
Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a 
judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things 
demanded in complaint.
You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do 
so if you desire.

MEMORIAL HOSPITAL SERVICES
The Franklin County Memorial Hospital ("FCMH") is soliciting 
proposals from qualified firms or individuals with expertise in the 
preparation of Federal and state grant and loan applications and the 
subsequent administration of approved project(s) to construct a new 
clinic and hospital building in the Town of Meadville, Mississippi. The 
FCMH needs to secure professional administrative services to assist with 
preparing applications and for implementing the project(s) through 
closeout.
The Request for Proposals informational packets are available at 
Franklin County Memorial Hospital (FCMH)(attn: Mike R. Boleware, 
Administrator) 40 Union Church Road, Meadville, Mississippi and are by 
reference made a part of this Notice. Said documents may be obtained by 
electronic mail request to the office indicated above at 
ashley.mcpherson@fcmh.net, or by calling 601-384-8196.
You are invited to submit a proposal, in accordance with this request, 
to the Office of the Administrator of FCMH, Franklin County Memorial 
Hospital; 40 Union Church Road, Meadville, Mississippi 39653. All 
proposals must be received by 10:00 a.m. Central Time on Friday, June 
26, 2026.

WHEREAS, on July 8, 2025, a Judgment was rendered in favor of said 
Chance Jackson Evans, against the said Gayle J. Evans, Jr. for the sum 
of Eighty Six Thousand Forty Seven and 99/100 Dollars ($86,047.99), plus 
postjudgment interest at the statutory rate set by 28 U.S.C 1961 from 
the date of judgment until paid in full; and, 
WHEREAS, on May 19, 2026 a Special Writ of Execution [Dkt. No. 17] was 
issued by the Circuit Clerk of Franklin County, Mississippi commanding 
the Sheriff of Franklin County, Mississippi to cause to be made the sum 
of Eighty Six Thousand Forty Seven and 99/100 Dollars ($86,047.99), plus 
postjudgment interest at the statutory rate set by 28 U.S.C 1961 from 
the date of judgment until paid in full adjudged to CHANCE JACKSON EVANS 
by the United States District Court for the Southern District of 
Mississippi, Western Division, on the 8th day of July, A.D., 2025 along 
with court costs of One Hundred Sixty One and 0/100 Dollars (161.00); 
Service of process fees in the amount of Fifty Four and 00/100 Dollars 
($54.00); along with such other collections cost in this action which 
may arise; as taxed in said Judgment, on said sum until he shall make 
said money, and costs and penalties as provided for in the lien 
statutes, along with attorney fees under this execution; and have said 
monies before said Circuit Court on the 27th day of July, A.D., 2026, at 
9:00 a.m. and have there then the writ.; and,
WHEREAS, I the undersigned did then levy by attachment on real estate

a distance of 377.23 feet to an iron pin; THENCE South 05 15' 44" West 
for a distance of 121.33 feet to an iron pin; THENCE North 84 44' 16" 
West for a distance of 340.80 feet to an iron pin; THENCE North 11 27' 
13" West for a distance of 126.69 feet to the Point of Beginning. 
Together with and subject to covenants, easements, and restrictions of 
record. Containing 1.00 acre according to the map or plat of survey by 
R. K. Phillips, registered Land Surveyor dated January 28, 1999,
