To all owners, operators, and persons interested in the following: 
Kaiser Operating, LLC has filed a Petition with the Mississippi State 
Oil & Gas Board in the above-referenced Docket requesting that the Board 
designate Petitioner as the operator of record for the Lehmann No. 2 SWD 
Well (API No. 23-037-20524), the Lehmann No. 1 Well (A"I No. 
23-037-20666) and the Lehmann No. 8 Well (API No. 23-037-20780) ("the 
Wells") . The Wells are located as follows:

TAKE NOTICE that the above and foregoing matter will be heard at 9:00 
a.m. on the May 20, 2026, meeting of the Board, at 500 Greymont Avenue, 
Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi 39202, at which time and place all 
interested parties may appear and be heard.
If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance, you must 
notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention 
in writing not later than Tuesday, May 12, 2026, which is seven (7) days 
prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure to so notify 
the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a waiver of your 
right to contest or request a continuance.
You are advised that the Board may adopt orders concerning a Petition 
which may differ from the relief requested by Petitioner, and the Board 
will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in 
accordance with the evidence presented.
