SUSIE NETHERLAND AGRETON

Funeral services for Susie Agerton, 67, of Roxie, were conducted on 
Monday, Nov. 24, 2025 from Hamburg Baptist Church, with Brother Leslie 
Wooten officiating.

Interment followed at the church cemetery.

Born on Feb. 15, 1958 to Jewel Joseph and Evelyn Reardon Netherland, she 
was a faithful and renowned pianist at Hamburg Baptist Church.

She died on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025.

She is survived by her two daughters and son-in-law, Heather and Dwayne 
Godwin of Roxie and Jennifer Rose and David Oliver of Franklin, N.C.; 
her son, James Hawley of Meadville; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, 
nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Christopher Walters; 
two brothers, Harold and Bennie Ray Netherland; and four sisters, 
Juanita Kongsjord, Ann Johnson, Joline Johnson and Ellen Rose 
Netherland.

Marshall Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
