be found therein and whose address and whereabouts are unknown to 
Petitioner after diligent search and inquiry.

NOTICE TO DEFENDANT(S)

You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by NORMA 
HUNT, Petitioner, seeking custody of your daughter, JALIYAH LE'ONNI 
HUNT.

You are summoned to appear and defend against said Petition at 10:30 
o'clock a .m. on the 2nd day of December, 2025 in the chancery 
courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse in Meadville, Mississippi, 
and in case of your failure to appear and defend, a judgment will be 
entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the 
Petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading but you may do 
so if you desire.
