SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on April 19, 2022, Tony Combs and Robin Combs executed a Deed
of Trust to J. Barret Martin, as Trustee for United Mississippi Bank,
being the Lender therein, under the terms of which the hereinafter
described property was conveyed to said Trustee to secure the payment to
the said Lender of a certain indebtedness therein mentioned and
described, which Deed of Trust was recorded on April 19, 2022, in Book
341, at page 244, among the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on
file in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Franklin County,
Mississippi;
