MICHAEL WILLIAMSON
Dec. 3, 1959-June 26, 2025
A Celebration of Life Service for Michael McKinley Williams, 65, of 
Meadville, will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025 from the Chapel 
of Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville, with Rev. Pat Sullivan 
officiating. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 
2025 from the Parlor of Franklin Funeral Home.
Born on Dec. 3, 1959 to Arliss Iky Williamson, Sr., and Josie Eulon 
Hunter Williamson, he was a retired Welder with Shippers Car Line. He 
was a member of Mt. Olive Methodist church. He loved his cats and was a 
loving father, brother and friend.
He died on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Liberty Community Living Center in 
Liberty.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Leah Nicole Williamson 
and John Spell; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Arliss Iky and Dewanna 
Williamson, Jr., Daniel Carvin and Debbie Williamson and David Kirk 
Williamson; his grandson, William Arthur Spell; and a host of family and 
friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arliss Iky Williamson, Sr., and 
Josie Eulon Hunt Williamson.

MELISSA WILKINSON
Jan. 10, 1978-June 28, 2025
Funeral services for Melissa Ann Wilkinson, 47, of Meadville, will be at 
12 p.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2025 from Siloam Baptist Church, with 
Brother Leon Wallace officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 
the time of service on Thursday, July 3.
Following the funeral service, interment will take place at the church 
cemetery.
Born on Jan. 10, 1978 to Bobby and Peggy Ann Jackson, she was 
affectionately know as "Lissa." She was a beloved wife to Jamie 
Wilkinson and devoted mother to Grant Wilkinson.
She died on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
She is survived by her husband and son; a brother and sister-in-law, 
Jamie B. and Winnie Jackson; and many other close relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Bobby and Peggy Ann Jackson; 
and a brother, Keith Jackson [who is survived by his wife, Tammy, and 
children, Josh Jackson and Kelsey Morgan (husband, Walker, and children, 
Maci and Sawyer)].

JEANNINE ROBINSON RATCLIFF
April 23, 1937-June 24, 2025
A private graveside service for Jeannine Robinson Ratcliff, 88, of Bude, 
were conducted on Friday, June 27, 2025 from Midway Cemetery in 
Meadville. A memorial service was conducted on Saturday, June 28 at St. 
Alban's Chapel in Baton Rouge, La.
Born on April 23, 1937 in St. Louis, Mo., to Floyd Robinson and 
Genevieve Robinson, she was a resident of St. James Place in Baton 
Rouge.
She attended the University of Southern Mississippi and the University 
of Florida, then taught second grade for 30 years at Franklin County 
Elementary. She led trips for Webb Travel Agency and served as a Girl 
Scout Leader as well as a Girl Scout Liaison between the local troop and 
the Girl Scouts of America.
She enjoyed keeping the nursery and faithfully arranging flowers for the 
altar at First Presbyterian Church in Meadville. She loved laughter, 
lilacs in spring, playing bridge, coffee with friends and traveling the 
world.
She died on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Andrea Ratcliff and John 
Allen Bodron; her grandsons, William Allen Bodron and Tanner Cayce 
Bordron; her nieces, Catherine Lea Robinson Durig and Lisa Ratcliff 
McGehee; her nephew, John Payne Ratcliff II; her sister-in-law, Betty 
Robinson; and her brother-in-law, John Payne Ratcliff.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents; her husband, Dr. Coley 
Cayce Ratcliff, Jr.; and her brother, Richardson Robinson.
The family requests that memorials be made in her name to the 
Alzheimer's Association or to Meadville First Presbyterian Church.

MARTHA DELK OSBORNE
Sept. 29, 1946-June 26, 2025
Funeral services for Martha Delk Osborne, 78, of Hazlehurst and previous 
of Petal, were conducted on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from Sunrise Baptist 
Church in Petal.
Interment followed in the church cemetery.
Born on Sept. 29, 1946 in Laurel, she graduated as Valedictorian at 
Moselle High School in 1964. In 1965, she married the love of her life, 
Rev. J. Mitchell Osborne, and faithfully supported him throughout his 
ministry as a devoted "Preacher's Wife" for 52 years.
She worked as a Teacher Assistant in the Franklin County and Greene 
County school districts and was deeply involved in her faith community, 
serving on the Mississippi State Board of the Baptist Women's Missionary 
Union (WMU). A passionate reader, she cherished quiet moments with a 
good book.
Above all, she was a loving wife, mother and grandmother whose presence 
brought warmth and strength to her family.
She died on Thursday, June 26, 2025 at Baptist Medical Center in 
Jackson.
She is survived by her three children and their spouses, Michael and 
Debra Osborne, Michelle Osborne and Joe Whittington, Marc and Leanne 
Osborne and Victoria Wright; six grandchildren, Connor Coates, Gracen 
Osborne, Mason Osborne, Samantha Osborne, Marlee Osborne and Will 
Whittington; a sister, Ann Ward; and a brother and sister-in-law, Danny 
and Aileen Delk.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. J. Mitchell Osborne; her 
parents, Harper and Iris Delk; and three brothers, David Delk, Lloyd 
Delk and Gordon Delk.
