Annual HRF 'Reveal Party' planned for April 21

While the Homochitto River Festival is seven months away, the much-anticipated prelude celebration — known simply as the “Reveal Party” — will be held at 6 p.m., Thursday, April 21.
The meet-and-eat gathering will be held at Ridge Point Ranch, located at 4522 U.S. Highway 84 East in Franklin County between Monroe and Eddiceton.
Organizers plan to unveil the musical acts that will be scheduled to perform during the popular celebration of the arts held in downtown Meadville in the fall.
Tickets for the “Reveal Party,” which is typically a sell-out, are $30 for singles and $50 for couples, and include the cost of the food and refreshments that will be served.
Tickets can be purchased online by visiting www.homochittoriverfestival.org and clicking on the “Buy Reveal Party tickets here” link at the top of the page.
The site also features event posters and T-shirts for sale to the public.
This year’s Homochitto River Festival is slated for Saturday, Oct. 22.
Six headlining acts on two main stages during last year’s festival attracted more than 13,000 spectators, and there were 210 vendors who showcased a wide variety of items for sale.
Event planners have already opened early-bird registration for vendors wishing to sign-up to take part in this October’s festival.
Booth fees have also been announced:
• Non-food sites without electricity — $45.
