Graveside funeral services for Frankie Mae Allen Jordan, 82, were held at 11 a.m., Monday, March 14, 2022, at Ebenzer United Methodist Church Cemetery in McCall Creek with Brothers Tony Jones and Hollis McGehee officiating.

Visitation was held from 5 to 8 p.m., Sunday, March 13, 2022, and from 10 a.m., until the time of service on Monday, March 14 at Ebenezer United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Jordan was born to Frank C. and Rethie Mae McGehee Allen on Oct. 2, 1939, in McComb, and passed away on Friday, March 11, 2022, at Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in McComb with her loving family by her side.

She enjoyed her time with family and spent 38 years running her florist shop, Frankie’s Flowerland in Bude.

She served as the music director at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, and was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one great-grandchild, Skyla Faith Jordan.

Survivors include two daughters, Jill Gilbert (Ken) and Jan Howell (Tony); two sons, Norris Allen “Jack” Jordan (Vicky) and James Madison “Jim” Jordan (Angel); her 10 grandchildren, Aimee Gilbert, Jordan Gilbert, Elizabeth Howell (Jamie), Kevin Howell (Heather), Jacob Jordan (Ally),  Aliza Jordan, Jamie Jordan (Brandi), Daniel Jordan (Sandra), Lynn Bailey and Laurn Holmes (Christopher); her eight great-grandchildren; and a host of family members and friends.

The family suggests memorials be made in Mrs. Jordan’s name to Ebenezer Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, 2515 Allen Road, Smithdale, MS 39664, or to the charity of the individual’s choice.
