Graveside funeral services for Glen Scott, 81, of Meadville, were held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at Byrd’s Chapel Cemetery in Meadville with the Revs. Lance Moak, Trent Moak and Matt Blackwell officiating.

Mr. Scott was born to Jefferson Felder Scott and Willie Fay Porter Scott on Sept. 1, 1940, in Franklin County, and passed from this life on Friday, Feb. 25, 2022, at his residence.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Virgie M. Scott; and his brother, Jerry Scott.

Survivors include his daughters, Patty R. Flemings, Julie Goudean, Jennifer Diaz and Joyce Scott; his sons, Glen R. Scott and Jason Scott; his sister, Laverne Cupstid; his brother, Ronnie Scott; his 12 grandchildren; his three great-grandchildren; his one great-great-grandchild; and a host of family and friends.
