Graveside funeral services for Annie R. Brent, 92, of McComb, will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, at Hollywood Cemetery in McComb with Dr. David Millican officiating.

Mrs. Brent, an active member of First Baptist Church in McComb, was born to Sam and Cleo Ratcliff on Feb. 6, 1929, in Franklin County, and passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2022, surrounded by family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Kenneth A. Brent; and two sisters, Katherine Davis and Pauline Cowart.

Survivors include her daughter, Beverly Brent Stewart; her two grandchildren, Natalie Stewart Carr (Harrison) and Joshua Brent Stewart (Megan); her great-grandchildren, Jonathan Carr, Sebastian Carr, Izabell Carr Lael (Austin) and Jackson Stewart; her great-great-grandchild, Keon James Lael; three nieces, Vera Messer, Brenda Mack and Kitty Brothers; a life-long friend and confidant, Norma Krapac; and numerous other family members and friends.
