Location for Homochitto Reveal Party Changed

While the date and time — along with the performers — remain the same, the site for the Headliner Reveal Party for the Homochitto River Festival has changed, it was announced on Thursday.

The event will begin at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 4 at Trinity Place. The venue is air conditioned and indoors located at 10360 U.S. Hwy. 84 in McCall Creek.

Organizers said there will be "BIG" headliners announced during the event. Brad Jones and Lane Reed both said the performers will be the biggest ones to perform in the festival's history.

During the event, which includes a meal and refreshments, Ambush of Southwest Mississippi and the Mickey Man Band of Brookhaven will be performing. Both groups will perform two sets each of classic rock and blues rock music during the event.

Tickets are $30 per person or $50 per couple. Tickets must be purchased in advance and can be reserved at www.HomochittoRiverFestival.org.

The Headliner Reveal Party will kickoff the countdown to the October Homochitto River Festival that attracts vendors, fesitval goers and others from around Southwest Mississippi and Southeast Louisiana, along with other visitors from around the region.
