BILLY R. BEACH

June 6, 1939-Jan. 31, 2024

Funeral services for Billy R. Beach, 84, of Roxie, were conducted on

Friday, Feb. 2, 2024 from Roxie Baptist Church, with Rev. Jamie Wallace

officiating.

Interment followed at the Beach Cemetery in Roxie.

Born on June 6, 1939 in Roxie to Spuregeon Beach and Myrtle Jackson

Beach, he enjoyed cooking for his family and friends. He loved spending

time with his family and loved to fish, hunt and being outdoors. He was

a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and wonderful

friend.

He died on Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024 at Franklin County Memorial Hospital

with his loving family by his side.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Jenny Poole Beach; his daughter,

Rhoda Jadean Beach; his sons and daughters-in-law, Mickey and Tricia

Beach of Roxie and Chris and Stephanie Beach of Meadville; his brother,

Donald Beach of Natchez; his sisters, Margie Rogers of Brookhaven and

Helen Spence of Brookhaven; his grandchildren, Colby Beach, Tyler Beach,

Casey Beach and Tristan Beach; his great-grandchildren, Tucker, Connor,

Sawyer, Lane, Lyliah, Lily, Randi Lynn, Gatlin and Wyatt; and a host of

family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Quitman Beach; his

sister, Gladys Taylor; and his brothers, Wayne Beach, Lamar Beach, Roy

Beach, Gary Beach and Bobby Beach.

Pallbearers were Colby Beach, Casey Beach, Tyler Beach, Tristan Beach,

Bobby Beach, Jr., and Dax Marshall Poole. Honorary pallbearers were

Robert Brown, Ted Poole and Donald Beach.

The family requests that memorials be made in his name to St. Jude's

Hospital.
