PEARL GILMORE JONES, DECEASED

You have been made a respondent in the Petition for Determination of

Heirship and Other Relief filed in this Court by Gary W. Jones, seeking

to determine and confirm the heirs at law of Sadie Pearl Gilmore Jones,

who died on August 10, 2022.

You are summoned to appear and defend against the petition filed against

you in this action at 9:00 o'clock A.M., on the 30th day of April,

2024, in the courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse at Meadville,

Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear or defend, a judgment

will be entered against you for the things and matters demanded in said

Petition.

You are not required to file an answer or other pleading, but you may do

so if you desire.

WELL STATUS UNDER STATEWIDE RULE 28 FOR A WELL LOCATED IN THE OLDENBERG

FIELD, FRANKLIN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI

PUBLIC NOTICE

TAKE NOTICE that Miss-Lou Operating, LLC ("Petitioner") has filed a

Petition with the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board under the above

docket requesting an extension of the inactive well classification under

Statewide Rule 28 for the T. J. Landers Estate No. 1 Well (API No.

23-037-00836) ("the Well") in the Oldenberg Field, Franklin County,

Mississippi and for other relief as set forth in the Petition.

The Petition in this matter is on file in the records in the office of

the Mississippi State Oil and Gas Board and may there be examined.

The Petition will be heard by said Board at 9:00 a.m. on the 20th day of

March, 2024, at 500 Greymont Avenue, Suite E, Jackson, Mississippi

39202, at which time and place you may appear and contest said matter.

If you intend to contest the Docket or request a continuance you must

notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative of your intention

in writing not later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2024, which is

seven (7) days prior to the date stated above for the hearing. Failure

to so notify the Board and the Petitioner's representative shall be a

waiver of your right to contest or request a continuance.

You are advised the Board may adopt an order concerning a Petition which

may differ from the relief requested by the Petitioner and the Board

will enter such order or orders as in its judgment may be appropriate in

accordance with the evidence presented.
