NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CLEMENCY
I, Cage Weatherspoon, am applying to the Parole Board and Governor for a
full, unrestricted pardon from a conviction : of SALES OF SCHEDULE II
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE-COCAINE to which I entered A guilty plea on January
17, 1991, in the Circuit Court of Franklin County, Mississippi and
Sentenced to Six (6) years in the MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.
I was 35 years of age at the time of the plea.
I have no other felony record and have been A taxpaying citizen the last
30 years and recently retired from a company after 26 years of service.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given to all qualified financial institutions that the
Board of Trustees of the Franklin County Memorial Hospital, pursuant to
the provisions of Section 41-13-35; 27-105-365; 27-105-305; and
27-105-315, of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended, shall receive
sealed bids for the privilege of keeping the hospital funds from May 1,
2024 through April 30, 2026, and thereafter until new arrangements shall
be made according to law.
Said bids shall be received at the office of the Administrator, Post
Office Box 636, Meadville, Mississippi 39653, until 12:00 p.m. on
January 25, 2024. In order to be considered, each sealed bid shall have
"Depository Bid-January 25, 2024" written or typed on its face.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and
to waive any irregularities in the Bids.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on December 6, 2010, David H. Griffin and Barbara Denise
Griffin executed a Deed of Trust to Scott R. Hendrix, Trustee for the
benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
Beneficiary, as nominee for Bank of Franklin, its successors and
assigns, which is recorded in Book 275 at Page 229 in the office of the
Chancery Clerk of Franklin County, Mississippi; and
WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was assigned to Truist Bank by instrument
recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 2023 at
Page 4094 as Instrument No. 75537; and
WHEREAS, Underwood Law Firm PLLC has been substituted as Trustee under
the Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, default has been made in the terms and conditions of the Deed
of Trust and the entire debt secured thereby has been declared due and
payable in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, and the legal
holder of the indebtedness secured thereby, Truist Bank, has requested
