You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by Yvette
A. Frith Case, Bobby Frith, and Linda Frith, Plaintiffs seeking a Decree
quieting and confirming title as detailed in the Complaint to Quiet and
Confirm Title into Yvette A. Frith Case, Bobby Frith, and Linda Frith on
file in the Chancery Court of Franklin County, Mississippi. Defendants
other than you in this action are The James and Jessie Mae Watson Bypass
Trust, The James and Jessie Mae Watson Living Trust, James Ellis Watson,
Huston F. Boothe, III, and Concordia Bank & Trust Company.
You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to
the Complaint to Quiet and Confirm Title into Yvette A. Frith Case,
Bobby Frith, and Linda Frith filed against you in this action to Ashley
A. Johnson the attorney for the Plaintiffs, whose post office address is
Post Office Box 188, and whose street address is 26 South First Street,
Meadville, Mississippi 39653.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY (30)
DAYS AFTER THE 18TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2023. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO
MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU
FOR THE MONEY OR OTHER RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT FOR EASEMENT BY

Mississippi, will receive sealed bids until the hour of 4:30 o'clock
P.M. on the 16th day of November, 2023, for a hunting and fishing lease
on the following school lands:

All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 7 North,
Range 3 East lying North of the Oldenburg Road and East of Sixteenth
Section Road and containing 116 acres, more or less, and being situated
in Franklin County, Mississippi.

Rights of the public in and to that certain county public road known as
Velma Lane traversing the above described property
Said lease or leases shall be for a term of five (5) years from the date
of execution and shall include all or any part of the above described

CHAIN LINK FENCE INSTALLATION AT WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY
FRANKLIN COUNTY, MS
Sealed bids for the construction of Chain Link Fence Installation at
Wastewater Treatment Facility for the Town of Bude in Franklin County,
Mississippi, will be received by The Honorable Linda Green, Mayor of the
Town of Bude, until 3:00 PM local time on December 12, 2023, at the Bude
Town Hall located at 125 W Railroad Ave, Bude, MS 39630, and shortly
thereafter will be opened and publicly read.
The work involved in the project includes installation of 6' tall
chain link fence, double drive swing gate(s), and walk gate(s) at the
Town of Bude's Wastewater Treatment Facility as described in the
construction drawings and specifications. All documents required for
bidding purposes may be obtained from Dungan Engineering, P. A., 120 E
Chickasaw St, Brookhaven, Mississippi 39601, (601) 823-7026. A
non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of request for
Construction Drawings and Contract Documents. A copy of the Contract
Drawings and Documents may be examined at the office of Dungan
Engineering, P. A., 120 E Chickasaw St, Brookhaven, Mississippi 39601
during regular business hours or online at http://www.dunganeng.com.
