SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on October 24, 2017, Hilda Myers executed a Deed of Trust to J.
Barret Martin, as Trustee for United Mississippi Bank, being the Lender
therein, under the terms of which the hereinafter described property was
conveyed to said Trustee to secure the payment to the said Lender of a
certain indebtedness therein mentioned and described, which Deed of
Trust is of record in Book 316, at page 494, among the Records of
Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk
of Franklin County, Mississippi;
WHEREAS, by Substitution of Trustee dated September 21, 2023, and
recorded September 27, 2023, in Deed of Trust Book 2023, at page 4260,
of the Deed of Trust Records of the Chancery Clerk of Franklin County,
Mississippi, Beneficiary, named Grayson R. Lewis as Substitute Trustee
in said deed of trust.
WHEREAS, default has been made in the payment of the indebtedness
secured by said deed of trust, and the Beneficiary has exercised the
option in such as provided, and has declared the entire unpaid balance
of said indebtedness immediately due and payable and has directed the
undersigned, as Substitute Trustee in said Deed of Trust, to execute the
same by sale of the property herein described in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the said Deed of Trust; and
NOW THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that I, Grayson R. Lewis, the
undersigned Substitute Trustee, will, within the legal hours of 11:00
a.m. and 4:00 p.m., on Friday, October 27, 2023, at the north front door
of the Franklin County Courthouse at Meadville, Mississippi, offer for
sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash the following
described property situated in Franklin County, Mississippi, to-wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF FRANKLIN
COUNTY, STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, TO-WIT:
THE EAST HALF (E 1/2) OF LOTS 1 AND 2 OF BLOCK 22 OF THE TOWN OF BUDE,
MISSISSIPPI, BEING LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SE 1/4, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP
6 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, FRANKLIN COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI.

The sale of the above described property shall be made subject to the
lien of any city, county and state ad valorem taxes which taxes shall be
paid entirely by the purchaser of said sale.
I shall convey only such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.

quieting and confirming title as detailed in the Complaint to Quiet and
Confirm Title into Yvette A. Frith Case, Bobby Frith, and Linda Frith on
file in the Chancery Court of Franklin County, Mississippi. Defendants
other than you in this action are The James and Jessie Mae Watson Bypass
Trust, The James and Jessie Mae Watson Living Trust, James Ellis Watson,
Huston F. Boothe, III, and Concordia Bank & Trust Company.
You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to
the Complaint to Quiet and Confirm Title into Yvette A. Frith Case,
Bobby Frith, and Linda Frith filed against you in this action to Ashley
A. Johnson the attorney for the Plaintiffs, whose post office address is
Post Office Box 188, and whose street address is 26 South First Street,
Meadville, Mississippi 39653.
YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED NOT LATER THAN THIRTY (30)

Mississippi, will receive sealed bids until the hour of 4:30 o'clock
P.M. on the 16th day of November, 2023, for a hunting and fishing lease
on the following school lands:
SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 7 North,
Range 3 East lying North of the Oldenburg Road and East of Sixteenth
Section Road and containing 116 acres, more or less, and being situated
in Franklin County, Mississippi.
SUBJECT TO:
Rights of the public in and to that certain county public road known as
Velma Lane traversing the above described property
Said lease or leases shall be for a term of five (5) years from the date
of execution and shall include all or any part of the above described
property. A copy of the specific terms of said lease is on file in the
