JERRY EMFINGER

June 8, 1954-Sept. 23, 2023

Funeral services for Jerry Emfinger, 69, of Meadville, were conducted on

Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023 from Bude First Baptist Church in Bude, with

Rev. Tyson Windom and Rev. Rodney Jones officiating.

Interment followed at Midway Cemetery in Meadville.

Born on June 8, 1954 in Franklin County to Rayford Emfinger and Dorothy

Jones Emfinger, he enjoyed all kinds of sports along with riding around

the countryside on his side-by-side. Most of all, he loved his church

and enjoyed the fellowship of all his church friends. He was a very

faithful and longtime servant of his Lord.

He died on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2023 at Franklin Memorial Hospital in

Meadville with his loving family by his side.

He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Linda Bullock Emfinger; his

brothers, Douglas Emfinger and wife, Jean, of Ridgecrest, La., Randy

Emfinger and wife, Cheryl, of Brookhaven and Don Emfinger of Meadville;

and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rayford and Dorothy Emfinger.

Pallbearers were Craig Wallace, Rex Ginn, Mark Reid, Dillon

Kammerdeiner, Hayden Tanner and Cole Kammerdeiner.
