Funeral services for Michael Lee Roberts, 67, of Roxie, were held at noon on Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2021, at Hamburg Baptist Church in Roxie with the Rev. Larry Ritchie officiating.

Interment was in McNair Cemetery in Roxie.

Visitation was held from 11 a.m., until the time of service on Wednesday, Dec. 29 at the church.

Mr. Roberts was born to George Everret Roberts and Cordelia Ann Boa Roberts on May 19, 1954, in Ferriday, La., and passed from this life on Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021, at his residence.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and his sister, Pamela Hawley.

Survivors include his wife of 27 years, Amanda Roberts; his daughters, Christy Roberts of Colorado, Lacie Hogue and husband, Lee, of Vicksburg, Cindy Wilson of Roxie, and Jessica Allen-Roberts of Montana; his brother, Glen Roberts of McNair; his sister, Denise Roberts of McNair; seven grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
