Victoria “Vicki” Myers Stogner was called home on Friday, Sept. 2, 2021, at the age of 64.
She was born in Meadville on Jan. 5, 1957, and was a graduate of Franklin High School.
She married her best friend, Kenneth “Ken” Stogner, on Dec. 10, 1983, in Watson, La., where she resided.
She will be greatly missed as a wonderful mother, sister, aunt and friend. Vicki was loved by all.
So many knew her as “Momma Vicki” and treasured their time spent with her.
She had a love for a good time and had a way of making all feel welcome. You never left her home without a memory full of laughter.
Her spirit is carried on by her son, Shain Stogner of Denham Springs, La.; her daughter, Shannon White; her four sisters, Jackie Lacy and husband Jerry, Audrey Pittman and husband, Denny, Patsy Murray and husband, Milton, and Lawanda Evans; her two brothers, Marvin Myers and wife, Merilee, and Danny Myers and wife, Shelley; numerous cherished nieces and nephews; and countless dear friends.
She is reunited with her beloved husband, Kenneth “Ken” Stogner, and her parents, Jack and Mamie Myers, all of whom she greatly missed.
Graveside funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Sept. 10 at the Eddiceton Community Cemetery.
Visitation was held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 9 at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, La.
Pallbearers honored to serve included: Danny Myers, Marvin Myers, Jack Evans, Chase Evans, Trevor Holmes and John Ray.
