Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Ruth Dillard, 83, of Meadville, were held at 1 p.m., Thursday, April 1, 2021, at Siloam Baptist Church in Meadville with the Rev. Leon Wallace officiating.
Burial was in the Siloam Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation was held from noon until the time of service on Thursday.
Mrs. Dillard was born to Mr. J.A. Bilbo and Mrs. Ruth Cothren Bilbo on June 14, 1937, in Franklin County.
She passed from this life on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Brookhaven.
She enjoyed her family and cooking.
She was deeply involved in her church, taught Sunday School and played the organ for many years.
She was devoted to her family and community. Her sweet smile and pleasant attitude were always evident and will be deeply missed.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her son, Michael Edward Dillard; and her sister, Mildred Whittington.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Barry Dillard; her daughters, Ilene Ford and husband, Jason, and Marlene Rollins and husband, Mike; her son, John Mark Dillard and wife, Debbie; her brothers, Dewitt Bilbo and his late wife, Janis, and M.D. Bilbo and wife, Mitti; her grandchildren, Robert Rollins and his wife, Whitney, Kayla Mabile and her husband, Grant, Kelly Jordan and her husband, Matt, Chelsea Ford and Emma Grace Dillard; and her great-grandchildren, Katelyn Berryhill, J.P. Rollins and Matt Rollins.
Pallbearers are Matt Jordan, Brad Jones, Charlie McGee, Steve Corban, Walton Speed and Chuck Freeman.
